The Income Tax situation is no longer simple and basic. It has becomes quite intricate with several swift variations in relevant technologies. There have also been a good demand for Income Tax services and expansions in the 'extended enterprise'. All these changes have led to an increase in the risk factor for a large number of organizations.

The discussion will help participants analyze ways and means to handle the requirements of Income Tax internal audit. The forum answers some tough questions:

How much of your internal audit budget is allocated to IT audits?
What are the key IT issues and risks for your organization?
What additional IT internal audit skills and resources are required for specialized areas such as security and privacy?
How do you identify and perform a risk assessment in IT?'.
